With the KCL solution you ensure the reading accuracy and lifespan of the probe.
This solution can be used to keep pH meter probes if it is not used or to fill the inner fluid of the probe with other devices.

Basically If the probe/glass flask of the measuring device is immersed in the solution. This guarantees a maximum useful life and the accuracy of the reading.
-Fill in the protective cap of the pH meter until the probe/glass scale is covered
- Fill up at the intended opening on the glass -cheek inner fluid for refilling (e.g. Greisinger permanently).
