1. \ validity of the conditions
For all services and deliveries on our part, the following conditions that the customer expressly recognize as an integrating part of the contract apply.

3. \ prices
Our prices are net from warehouse, in Swiss francs, without deductions. Shipping costs are at the expense of the recipient. For end customers, we take over the cash on delivery costs from an order from CHF 1500.

The company WR Design & Trade GmbH delivers advance payment, cash on delivery, PayPal or Skrill (Moneybookers)
5. \ examination, acceptance, commissioning
The customer must check the delivery immediately after receipt and to report any defects that we are responsible for immediately in writing. If he fails to do so, the delivery is considered approved.
6. \ Transport
We have to announce special wishes regarding transport and insurance in good time.
7. \ guarantee
For the duration of the guarantee described below, we undertake to improve or replace all parts of our delivery, according to poor materials, incorrect construction or poor execution. Our guarantee is limited to the return of the defective article to the manufacturer. Other rights of the customer, such as compensation or withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. Damage is not covered by the guarantee due to natural wear, poor maintenance, disregard for operating regulations, too high stress and unsuitable resources. The guarantee period is normal 12 months whether billing date. In the case of devices that work more or less in continuous operation, the guarantee period is limited to 6 months. The guarantee given by us exposes if changes or performance were made on our delivery or performance or repairs have not been carried out by us, unless we have given our express consent. 9. \ cancellation, returns and storage
We only accept cancellations of orders in writing and within 5 working days. Orders about specially made parts can never be canceled. For reinforcements and the resulting activities, 10% are calculated from the invoice amount (at least CHF 20.-) and the shipping costs incurred. Any repair work is offset separately.

With the PowerPay - monthly bill, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice with a partial payment option. As an external payment service provider, MF Group / PowerPay offers the payment method “Payment by invoice”. At the conclusion of the purchase contract, PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities.
