Cancellations
We only accept cancellations of orders in writing. Orders about specially made parts cannot be canceled. For reinforcements and the resulting activities, 10% are calculated from the invoice amount (at least CHF 20.-) and the shipping costs incurred. Right of recall: Orders can be recalled in writing within 5 working days.
