You can order from Growbox (WR Design & Trade GmbH) via Internet shop, email, by fax or telephone. For your order you will receive a confirmation

For all services and deliveries on our part, only the following conditions apply that the customer expressly recognizes as an integrating contract component with sending an order in our web shop.

3 prices and VAT

Our prices are in CHF and understand themselves including VAT of 8.1 %, or 2.6 % in retail and wholesale. When orders from other European countries, CH VAT is not charged. In addition, there are the usual shipping and possibly cash on delivery costs of the freight forwarder. Shipping costs are at the expense of the recipient. Subject to price and product changes.

4 minimum order value

The minimum order value is CHF 20.00 including VAT and excl. Shipping costs.

5 payment condition

The company WR Design & Trade GmbH delivers advance payment or cash on delivery. Payment only in advance, cash on delivery or by arrangement on account. In the event of invoice, the goods remain our property until full payment. Large trading prices only against proof of an official activity in the trade (commercial register entry).

When paying with PayPal or Post -finance (Visa, MasterCard, Twint, Postfinance Card & E-Finance) we can confirm the receipt of money immediately and your order will be processed (shipping or collection).

For orders with payment method Prepayment (Bank transfer) We will send you an order confirmation by email with the information of our bank details so that you can transfer the invoice amount to our account. The bank confirmation usually takes 1 to 2 days and only after receipt of your payment does the order processing begin.

If you order Cash on pickup Choose, then you can pay the order when you pick up in cash.

6 defects

The customer must check the delivery immediately after receipt and immediately in writing to us for which we are responsible for which we are responsible within 7 days to report after receipt. If he fails to do so, the delivery is considered approved.

7 Transport

We have to announce special wishes regarding transport and insurance in good time. Transports can take place by the Growbox delivery service, post or freight forwarder. We accept no liability for transport damage.

8 deliveries

Deliveries usually take place within 5 working days. If part of the order is not in the warehouse, it can be delivered according to consultation.

Outside of Switzerland, delivery times take place within 14 days.

9 after deliveries

Deliveries are free of charge! If items are not available on the agreed date, we reserve the right to submit partial deliveries or deliveries to a later date. We exclude any liability as a result of late or non -delivery.

Outside of Switzerland, we do not make any subsequent delivery and only send when the order is complete. On request, we also make partial deliveries, these are not free of charge.

10 guarantee services

For the duration of the guarantee described below, we undertake to improve or replace all parts of our delivery, according to poor materials, incorrect construction or poor execution. Our guarantee is limited to the return of the defective article to the manufacturer. Other rights of the customer, such as compensation or withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. Damage is not covered by the guarantee due to natural wear, poor maintenance, disregard for operating regulations, too high stress and unsuitable resources. The guarantee period is normal 24 months whether billing date. In the case of devices that work more or less in continuous operation, the guarantee period is limited to 12 months (lamps, ventilation, climate controller, etc.). The guarantee given by us exposes if changes or performance made to our delivery or performance or repairs have not been carried out by us, unless we have given our express consent. The guarantee also expires if the customer does not take a suitable step after the occurrence of damage. In any case, he is obliged to reduce damage. All warranty services are only carried out against the provision of the purchase document. 

If we were sent or returned to us as a guarantee case or deficiency, we check the specified deficiency or damage. If the deficiency/guarantee case is confirmed and entitled, the goods are repaired or replaced and sent to the customer free of charge. It turns out that the deficiency/guarantee claim is not justified, or there is no defect at all and the goods work perfectly, the workload and sending back to the customer will be invoiced or returned by cash on delivery.

11 Guarantee

The general guarantee regulations of the product manufacturers apply. These are usually 1 year from the invoice date. We grant a guarantee on those articles in which we can assert them to our suppliers. Electrical devices and kits may only be installed by professionally trained people. Liability for installations excluded. 

Natural wear, consumption, excessive use, damage through operation outside of the product -specific application areas Misregate of operating regulations and poor maintenance are excluded from the guarantee.

12 liability

We undertake to carry out the delivery in accordance with the contract and to meet our warranty commitments. Any further liability towards the customer for damage is used.

We reserve the right to withdraw from the contract if the product offered is not available and to refund the purchase amount if you have already paid.

13 Right of withdrawal, cancellation

The customer has the right to step back from the order within 7 working days for customers from Switzerland or 14 working days for customers from Germany after receiving the goods. It is bindingly agreed with the purchase contract that the costs of the return of goods generally bear the consumer. A short written notification to us and the simultaneous timely return of the unused goods are sufficient. After the goods have arrived, the customer will immediately refer the value of the goods to his account according to VAT, according to VAT, according to the invoice. The contractual relationships are under Swiss law.
