Information about ordering

You can order from Growbox (WR design& trade GmbH) via the internet shop, email, fax or telephone. You will receive a confirmation for your order

1 Validity of the conditions

The following conditions apply exclusively to all services and deliveries on our part, which the customer expressly accepts as an integral part of the contract when submitting an order in our web shop.

2 Conclusion of contract

The contract is considered concluded when we confirm your acceptance via email after receipt of an order.

3 Prices and VAT

Our prices are in CHF and include VAT of 8.1%, or 2.6% in retail and wholesale. CH VAT is not charged for orders from other European countries. In addition, there are the usual shipping and possibly cash on delivery costs of the freight forwarder. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient. Prices and products are subject to change.

4 minimum order value

The minimum order value is CHF 20.00 including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

5 Terms of Payment

The company WR design& trade GmbH delivers in advance or cash on delivery. Payment only in advance, cash on delivery or by invoice by arrangement. Upon invoice, the goods remain our property until full payment. Wholesale prices only upon proof of official activity in the trade (commercial register entry).

When paying with Paypal or Post Finance (Visa, Mastercard, TWINT, Postfinance Card & E-Finance) we can confirm receipt of money immediately and your order will be processed (shipping or collection).

For orders with payment method Payment in advance (Bank transfer) we will send you an order confirmation by email with our bank details so that you can transfer the invoice amount to our account. Bank confirmation usually takes 1 to 2 business days and order processing does not begin until we receive your payment.

When you place your order Cash payment upon collection If you choose, you can pay for the order in cash when you pick it up.

6 defects

The purchaser must inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt and immediately inform us in writing of any defects for which we are responsible within 7 days to be reported upon receipt. If he fails to do this, the delivery is deemed to have been approved.

7 Transportation

Special requests regarding transport and insurance must be communicated to us in good time. Transport can be carried out by the Growbox delivery service, by post or by a freight forwarder as agreed. We assume no liability for transport damage.

8 deliveries

Deliveries usually take place within 5 working days. If part of the order is not in stock, it can be delivered as agreed.

Outside Switzerland, delivery times are within 14 days.

9 subsequent deliveries

Subsequent deliveries are free of charge! If items cannot be delivered on the agreed date, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries or deliveries at a later date. We exclude any liability resulting from late or non-delivery.

We do not make subsequent deliveries outside of Switzerland and only send when the order is complete. We can also make partial deliveries upon request, these are not free of charge.

10 Guarantee services

For the duration of the warranty service described below, we undertake to repair or replace, at our discretion, all parts of our delivery that have demonstrably become defective due to poor material, faulty construction or defective workmanship. Our warranty service is limited to returning the defective item to the manufacturer. Further rights of the customer, such as compensation for damages or withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, disregard of operating instructions, excessive use and unsuitable operating materials. The guarantee period is normally 24 months regardless of the invoice date. For devices that operate more or less continuously, the warranty period is limited to 12 months (lights, ventilation, climate controllers, etc.). The guarantee provided by us expires if changes are made to our delivery or service or repairs are not carried out by us, unless we have given our express consent. The guarantee also expires if the customer does not take appropriate steps after damage occurs. In any case, he is obliged to minimize the damage. All warranty services will only be carried out upon presentation of proof of purchase.

Goods that are sent or returned to us as a warranty claim or defect will be checked by us for the specified defect or damage. If the defect/warranty case is confirmed and justified, the goods will be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer free of charge. If it turns out that the defect/warranty case is not justified, or that there is no defect at all and the goods work perfectly, the amount of work and shipping back to the customer will be invoiced or sent back cash on delivery.

11 Guarantee

The product manufacturer’s general warranty conditions apply. These are usually 1 year from the invoice date. WR design& trade GmbH assumes no product liability and does not bear any consequential damages. We provide a guarantee on those items for which we can claim this from our suppliers. Electrical devices and kits may only be installed by professionally trained people. Liability for installations excluded.

Natural wear and tear, consumption, excessive use, damage caused by operation outside the product-specific areas of application, disregard of operating instructions and inadequate maintenance are excluded from the guarantee.

12 Liability

We undertake to carry out the delivery in accordance with the contract and to fulfill our guarantee promises. Any further liability towards the customer for damages is excluded.

If the product offered is not available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and to refund the purchase amount if payment has already been made.

13 Right of withdrawal, cancellation

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 7 working days for customers from Switzerland or 14 working days for customers from Germany after receiving the goods. It is bindingly agreed in the purchase contract that the costs of returning goods are generally borne by the consumer. All you need to do is send us a short written message and return the unused goods on time. After the goods arrive at our premises and the condition and completeness are checked, the customer immediately receives the value of the goods, including VAT, as stated in the invoice, transferred back to their account. If you return damaged or worn goods without or with original packaging that is unusable for resale, the legally permissible amount will be deducted. You must pay us an appropriate fee for use, including compensation for any associated reduction in the fair value. When returning the item, please be sure to enclose a piece of paper with your name, address, invoice number and your complete bank details as well as the reason for the return. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. For order cancellations, we charge a flat rate processing fee of CHF 20 (restorage / money refund) depending on the order value and effort and shipping costs. For cash on delivery deliveries, the cash on delivery costs and shipping costs will be charged!

15 General Law

The images displayed on growbox.ch are subject to the copyright regulations of the respective photographers or the owners of the images.

WR design& trade GmbH assumes no liability for missing, incomplete or incorrect copyright information. The content and design of the website are protected by copyright. The unauthorized reproduction or distribution of individual content or entire pages is not permitted. Any reproduction of the pages or their content requires the prior written consent of WR design& trade GmbH. The display of this website in external frames is only permitted with written permission.

The contractual relationships are governed by Swiss law.
