We will only accept cancellations of orders in writing. Orders for custom-made parts cannot be canceled in this case. 10% of the invoice amount (at least CHF 20) as well as the shipping costs incurred will be charged for re-storage and any resulting activities.  Right of cancellation: Orders can be canceled in writing within 5 working days.
