Orders can be made via the Internet shop, email, fax, by phone or by post.

• The goods are usually delivered within 5 working days after receipt of payment.
• The prices are in CHF and include 7.7%, including Swiss VAT
• Price changes are reserved
• The minimum order value is CHF 50.00
• Porto -free shipping from an order value of CHF 1000.00
• Payment: prepayment, cash on delivery, credit card, PayPal, Moneybookers, PostFinance or by arrangement on account

The cheapest is the advance payment. After receipt of the order, we send an order confirmation with the information of our bank details. If the bank confirmation is available via the receipt of payment, the goods will be sent.

Orders from Switzerland
Deliveries take place within 5 working days. If category 1 were not in the warehouse and have to be delivered, the subsequent delivery takes place free of charge.

International orders
When orders from other European countries, Swiss multilayer tax is deducted of 7.7%. In addition, there are the usual shipping and possible cash on delivery costs of the freight forwarder. Demandings are not free of charge. Orders from abroad against advance payment.

Complaints
Complaints must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the goods.

guarantee
The general guarantee regulations of the product manufacturers apply. These are usually 1 year from the date of purchase. WR Design & Trade GmbH does not take over a product lunch and does not bear any consequential damage. Electrical devices and kits may only be installed by professionally trained people.
