Against fungus gnats

Young vegetable plants, ornamental plants, herbs, rainwater barrels, manure holes, ponds

How it works:
Solbac contains spores and toxins of Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (B.t.i). While the larvae are feeding, the active ingredients enter the intestines and prevent nutrient absorption there. B.t.i has a specific effect on mosquito larvae (sickness gnats, biting gnats, black flies and related species). Other organisms in the soil or water are not harmed. At temperatures above 25 °C, Solbac works better than Traunem nematodes. The cultures to be treated must be drained with sufficient water.

Fungus gnats Depending on the infestation, 5-7.5 ml/m²
Mosquitoes 3-24ml/100 m² water surface

In cases of severe infestation, we recommend the additional, combined use of Traunem nematodes.
