How it works:
Pyrethrum is the commonly used name for extracts from the dried flowers of chrysanthemum species (Tanacetum cinerariifolium). Pyrethrin is considered the key substance. As is usual with plant extracts, other active substances are also included. Pyrethrum FS is a fast-acting contact insecticide. Sesame oil is included as a synergist (increase in effectiveness). The active ingredients are quickly broken down by sunlight and are only effective for a short period of time. After just a few hours/days the plants are free of residue. Pyrethrum FS is not gentle on beneficial insects. If the effect is similar, products that are gentle on beneficial insects such as NeemAzal-T/S, Natural or Delfin should be preferred.

Application:
0.05% (0.5-1 l/ha)
Due to the rapid degradation time caused by sunlight, we recommend spraying with plenty of water in the morning or evening when the sky is overcast.
